These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Bellanewbornphotography.com accessible at Bellanewbornphotography.com.
These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. Booking
The session booking fee must be paid on the day of booking via bank transfer on the Bella Newborn Photography bank account, details provided by Daniela Ghelbur.
The booking fee is £50 and it is non-refundable, and it is deducted from the chosen package, this does not include any digital prints or canvas.
If for some reason you can’t attend the newborn session, please contact the photographer as early as possible, as the schedule can be quite busy.
Reschedule is free of charge due to the parent or baby illness or any other special circumstances including photographer (myself) is unable to do the session due to illness or personal circumstances.
The client understands that the pictures will be professionals edited individually and ready within 4-6 weeks from the session.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Bellanewbornphotography and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
All images in the gallery are view only and belong to Bella Newborn Photography covered under copyrights (Copyright Act 1988 ). This apply to images used in social medias too. Under no circumstances do not download, crop, remove watermark or edit images done by Bella Newborn Photography. Legal action may be taken against people breaching the law.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any other media;
- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
