Welcome to Bella Newborn Photography!
At my studio I will capture the unique moments of your baby’s life that will last a lifetime.
Please read carefully all the information and Terms & Conditions before booking a session!
The newborn baby session takes place in the first 14 days after birth ( ideally up to 10 days if possible), this is the perfect timing when the babies are asleep most of the time and allows me to put them in the cutest positions which result in gorgeous pictures at the end.
The photo session will take place at my home studio where I got everything needed. Everything you need to worry about is milk, blankets, nappies and dummy, clothes for yourself and daddy.
A non-refundable fee of £50 will need to be paid on time of booking, these will secure the date of the session.
Important Note: By booking the newborn photography with Bella Newborn Photography you automatically agree that we can share your pictures on our social media pages and website for marketing purposes.
If you would like to keep your picture private an additional £70 will apply.

Basic Session
- Session can last 1-2 hours
- You will receive 8 -10 edited photos through the google drive

- One full set up ( use of a mix of 1 complete outfit in compositions with props and on beanbag)

Standard Session
- Session can last 2-3 hours.
- You will receive 10-15 edited photos on the USB stick.
- Family photos included
- 2full setups ( use of a mix of 2 complete outfits, props and beanbag set up)
- No Prints, Canvas or photo books are included.

Gold Session
- The photo session will last 3 – 4 hours
- You will receive 20-25 edited photos on the USB stick.
- Family photos included
- 2-3 full setups ( use of a mix of 2-3 complete outfits, props and beanbag set up)
- No Prints, Canvas or photo books are included.

Frequently asked Questions
When should I book the newborn photography session?
Booking in advance is always a good idea so I can recommend you to book your due date after your 20-week scan, the shoot date will be then arranged after your baby arrives.
Last-minute booking is an option also, don’t hesitate to message me for details and availability.
What should I bring with me to the session?
At the studio, I have all the necessary props and outfits for the session depending on the chosen package.
On the day of the session make sure you don’t forget all the essentials for the baby that will keep him/her in comfort through the photo session.
Pee, poop and spit ups are a normal thing at newborn sessions so it will be wise to take some extra clothing with you.
Can I bring props to the session?
Sure! I have a large selection of props to choose from but if you would like to include some of your own props, toys or other close to your heart things please let me know when booking the session.
Should both parents attend the photography session?
It is always the best when the whole family is present at the photo session.
All three packages include family pictures also (both parents individually and family ones), but it is down to you if daddy wants to assist or not.
Can the baby’s siblings attend the photo session?
They are more than welcome to join this special family moment.
Usually, the newborn session is quite exhausting for siblings, so If I ask the daddy to bring the brother/sister just before I finished with the baby.
What if my baby has bad skin? (spots, scars, baby rash, acne etc.)
This is not a problem at all, it will be fixed in post-editing of the pictures through Adobe photoshop.

How do I pay for reserving the date?
Once you have read the T&C’s and decided to go ahead with booking the newborn photography session, you will simply transfer the £50 non-refundable fee (deducted from chosen package) to the bank account details provided upon request and then your dates are secured.
The remained amount will need to be paid on the session day.
Safety mesures
Like for any parent, safety of the babies is a priority for me, being a mom of two beautiful daughters and dealing with many other babies for the last two years I can assure you your baby will be in the safe hands during the session.
All the props, outfits and blankets are washed after each session.
The stand, beanbag and rest of the gear involved in the newborn session are disinfected at each session’s end.
When touching/moving the baby I have gloves on. For more information about baby’s safety during the newborn photography session please take a few minutes to read a more comprehensive article on safety.

What happens after the session?
After the newborn photo session, it will take me 4-6 weeks to return the finished work (edited photos).
If you have chosen the basic session you will receive the pictures through the email.
With Standard and Gold sessions I will send the USB stick through the post or in person if you live nearby.
